About Mountain Home Inspection
Mountain Home Inspection is a home inspector serving the Vail Valley from Avon, and radon testing is one of its core services next to residential inspections and air sampling. It tests for radon but does not install mitigation systems, which keeps the results independent of any repair sale. The testing is NRPP certified, and the tests are passive and pose no concern to people living in the home. Radon testing is advised by the EPA during all home transactions, and the business offers it for buyers and sellers as part of the home sale process. The inspector is a long-time Vail Valley resident with experience in construction and energy auditing. Rated 5.0 from 4 Google reviews, all five stars. The inspector is ASHI certified, a member of InterNACHI, and a former energy auditor.
