Boulder Home Inspector, LLC

Brett, a Certified Master Home Inspector, runs Boulder Home Inspector from Lafayette and serves Boulder County. Radon testing is one of his services, listed alongside sewer scopes, infrared thermography, mold testing, aerial roof inspections and particle identification testing, and radon test devices can be ordered through the business and are delivered within two to three business days. He also offers continuous indoor air quality monitoring with an Airthings device and app. The business tests for radon but does not install mitigation systems, so elevated results would go to a separate mitigation contractor. Rated 5.0 from 50 Google reviews, 49 of them five stars and one three-star. Call 303-676-8006 to schedule a radon test with an inspection or on its own.
