BLU Environmental

BLU Environmental is a family owned environmental consultant in Steamboat Springs that specializes in radon testing and mitigation, along with mold testing and removal, asbestos testing and lead paint testing. It is a licensed contractor, and its technicians are certified and trained. Its devices are picked up and produce results the same day. For mitigation it favors sub-slab depressurization in slab on grade homes and sub-membrane depressurization in crawlspace homes. It works with real estate agents to move sales along when indoor air quality testing and solutions are needed. Radon and crawlspace work are offered in the Yampa Valley, and the radon service is tied to NRPP, a certification program for radon measurement and soil gas mitigation professionals.
